I first contacted Westford in February because my boiler was cutting out, I had recently been having cancer treatment and was feeling the cold weather. I spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone and then to the owner, he arranged for an engineer to call, there had been a lot of rain and my boiler house is outside, he thought that the problem was fixed but, it happened again and another engineer came, by this time I was shielding so we spoke using a phone through the door he worked to fix the problem, I have arranged that in future Westford will service the boiler knowing that any problems will be solved. The firm had come recommended by a very good friend and I would have no hesitation in recommending them my self. I had contacted another local firm telling them that I felt the cold but, it took them a week to contact me and by that time the boiler was already fixed.

Westfold Mechanical Ltd. are an outstanding team, highly professional, friendly and they really helped me by turning a very badly installed new central heating system by another firm, into one that was safe and works fine. I cannot praise both Danny and Andy enough for the work they did, and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are excellent in every way.

We engaged Westford Mechanical to replace a broken water cylinder at a house we had just moved into. They provided a quote the same day, and carried out the work 24 hours after we had agreed the price. They worked very quickly, did a neat and tidy job and their fitter even stayed late to finish and make sure we had hot water for the childrens’ baths that night. Fantastic, diligent service, would highly recommend.
